Deadly Voices from the House host Rhoda Roberts invites Aboriginal and First Nations leaders from diverse pockets of arts and culture (including performance, law, sport and music) for discussions recorded live at Sydney Opera House.

The sound of the interviews is surprisingly intimate and studio-like for a live event, and the conversations are artfully structured by Roberts – an experienced radio host – shedding light on both broad public issues and highly personal ones.

Roberts is Head of Indigenous Programming at Sydney Opera House. Deadly Voices from the House is supported by the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia and the National Indigenous Radio Service, and is produced by Sydney Opera House.
