Veronica Sullivan

Veronica is a writer and editor from Melbourne interested in literature, feminism and pop culture. She’s a co-host of Sisteria, and works as prize manager of the Stella Prize and marketing and programs manager for the Feminist Writers Festival.

Veronica was the Online Editor of Kill Your Darlings journal until June 2016. In 2015, she was part of the Melbourne Writers Festival’s 30 Under 30 programme and longlisted for the inaugural Richell Prize for Emerging Writers. She was also a 2016 Wheeler Centre Hot Desk Fellow and is on the custodial committee of the Kat Muscat Fellowship.

Her writing has been published by OverlandRight Now, the Lifted Brow, Kill Your Darlings, Junkee, Archer, Going Down SwingingBroadsheet Melbourne, the Big Issue, Feminartsy, Books+Publishing, the Victorian Writer, Acclaim, Scum Mag, wheelercentre.com, Writers Bloc and Kanyezine, among others.

She has reviewed books on ABC Radio National’s Books and Arts programme, appeared on 3RRR’s Multi-Storied and 2SER’s Final Draft, and has been a guest on podcasts including The Rereaders, Unladylike and Melbourne Library Service’s Dear Reader podcast.
