Johanna Bell is an award-winning author, Churchill Fellow and the Director of StoryProjects, a Darwin-based production house that elevates new voices from regional Australia. Johanna led the creative team behind Birds Eye View podcast, which won the 2020 Podcast of the Year in the Australian Podcast Awards. She also founded SPUN Stories, a live storytelling night and podcast project in the NT. Johanna’s writing has been published in The Guardian, Overland, Griffith Review, Meanjin and Australian poetry and she is the author of four children’s books.
