Science Vs debuted as a series for ABC First Run, based in Sydney, before being adopted by Gimlet Media and moving to New York. Hosted by Wendy Zukerman, each show is a vivid, lively excursion into a myth, a fad, an assumption. Do the ideas stand up to science?

Zukerman’s narration is decidedly lively and her enthusiasm for science infectious, taking on topics such as fracking, the G-spot and gun control. In addition to Zukerman, the show’s senior producer, Kaitlin Sawrey, also followed the show to the US.
