Kamna Muddagouni is a lawyer and writer. Her writing focuses on her experiences as a member of the South Asian diaspora, issues facing women of colour and all facets of pop culture. She has been published in Fairfax publications Daily Life and the Vocal; by the Australia India Institute and Noisey; and has appeared on SBS Hindi and ABC Radio National.
Kamna is also the communications manager for Road to Refuge, a youth-run not-for-profit organisation aimed at creating a constructive discourse on issues facing people seeking asylum. She podcasts with Brodie Lancaster on their show Can U Not? – about their love for pop culture and the conflicts that can bring.
